This is a very well made. Good sticking, material is light yet holds shape and gives your athlete a compression like fit.My son is a 13 year old hockey player, we use these as a moisture wicking undershirt - that he wears under his pads. My son is about 110lbs, about 5 ft 3.5 inches tall. Pretty muscular build, this fits snugly - as it should.He could probably get away with needing an XL youth- or Small Adult.He typically wears XL/ Large youth tops. So we will get this season worth out of the large, but I'll definitely order up a size for next.These hold up well, I wash hockey apparels in my smaller drawer/pedestal washer that sits under my main washer- so typically gets washed in warm water with my detergent & I always add baking soda to stinky loads. And as a softener, I use vinegar. No stink issues here.Comfortable shirt- doesn't ride up- does it's job.We will be getting more.If your in between sizes, order up.
