I had a small issue with my last purchase but i believe they made it right. I really do enjoy this vest. Its light weight, And extremely comfortable. I would recommend ordering a size or 2 up, especially if you like to wear a hoodie under it like i do. I also own a heated sweat jacket i got a year ago from Nifvan, and they have the same battery. Battery recharged fast. Used it for golf and it lasts over 4 hrs. Heats lower back and shoulders. Start up is fast. Gets back warm before hitting balls. Easy to adjust temp during round. At end of day back tiring and temperatures dropping. Great to have added heat to keep back from tightening up. Really enjoy being able to control temperature of my back!!My bro's Christmas present. He's very happy.The place i live is very cold in the winter, this heated vest really help to keep me warm, it operate with rechargeable battery, very convenient to wear it to clean the snow or doing work outdoor, the size is slim fit, so i bought one size bigger for myself , work perfectly for meI felt that this vest fit as expected. The vest should be close to the body to keep warm, there is a little bit of room for a light sweater but not too much to bulk up. Three heated warming spots, easy to zip up and lasts quite long.
