I love this rain coat so much. It's even better quality than I expected and so cute. I purchased the green one with bear illustrations. The exterior is soft and there is a pale blue inner liner to keep my little boy warm. My son is 25 lbs at 15 months old. This fits him well with a little room to grow. I got him size 18-24 months. I do wish the buttons were metal instead of plastic, but so is how it goes these days.
