I would love to give this jacket a 5 stars, but I can't. This jacket is so soft and warm. It is perfect for the Fall weather we have here. Unfortunately, the zipper is horrible. It takes me 5 minutes to get the zipper to start. It tends to get stuck right at the beginning when you are just trying to put one side into the zipper pull. If you are lucky enough to get it started, it will get stuck further up on the fabric. Let alone my 5 year old trying to zip it before or after school! We had to keep it because I needed something for him to wear. If I had other options I would have definitely asked for a replacement or refund.**UPDATE**About a week after writing this the zipper broke for good and is stuck part of the way closed. It's beyond the return time frame, so we are stuck with a jacket he can't wear.
